The construction of an efficient, environmentally responsible house makes use of natural, renewable energies. Our construction techniques contribute to excellent temperature control. We work with geothermal systems, with high-density insulation and cross ventilation to regulate the internal temperature, with air-conditioning via an air-water heat pump or the installation of photovoltaic panels, for example. We also work to reduce water consumption with dual flush cisterns, taps with aerators and rainwater collection for watering.
